I have traded in the Chrysler Aspen for a Nissan Sentra which reeks of disinfectant. But at least I can drive it without worrying about hitting everything around me. Full size SUV's are a serious menace. Between blind spots, roll-over and inertia how do they make people feel safe? Not to mention the atrocity of "bye-bye syndrome." (If you don't know what that is, you don't want to.)
On the bright side, my car is fixable. It is going to take three weeks, but it is fixable. I will be so happy to get back into Black Beauty. The '05 Sentra is a poor substitute. Especially when you factor in whatever child vomit or unpleasantness that warranted enough pine scented chemicals to kill a household pet.
