iWas Afraid iWas Going to Have to Title This Post "ThiSucks"

My iPod can be temperamental. A few times, it would just refuse to play. It would have a song title up as if it were playing, but there was no sound. It made me sad. Then iLearned to reboot it and that solved that problem. Then a few days ago, the screen wasn't working. It was light, but blank. iWas very sad because it's almost exactly a year old and iWas not at all confident iCould get to an Apple store and get it fixed/replaced whatever under warranty. Luckily, when iTried "restore factory settings", the screen came back on. The language was set to Chinese, but after messing around with it a bit, iGot it set to English. (FYI, the song titles and everything were still in English; the menus were in Chinese.)

Last night iHad a bit of trouble with the internet; our router isn't working. So this post is late. But without further ado, here's this week's Sweet Little Sixteen:

1. Open Book - Cake
2. This Night - Billy Joel
3. Tangled up in Blue - Indigo Girls
4. Dog on a Toolbox - James Bonamy
5. One Down - Ben Folds
6. Hypnotize the Moon - Clay Walker
7. Drinkin' Again - Frank Sinatra
8. Don't Come Home a Drinkin' (with Lovin' on Your Mind) - Loretta Lynn*
9. Where the Streets Have No Name - U2
10. Tree Hugger - Kimya Dawson & Antsy Pants (from Juno)
11. Sad Songs and Waltzes - Cake
12. Friend Is a Four Letter Word - Cake**
13. Tennessee - Sugarland
14. Brass in Pocket - Pretenders
15. Fight - The Cure

Now to do some chores...

*iLove it when my iPod has a sense of humor.

That is a lot of Cake. Your iPod seems to have a favorite.

iDon't ever understand why it's so damned complicated to make simple shit work. iMean, what the hell? The Japanese have had videoconferencing tech on their phones for a decade-- why the hell can't we get the supposed bestest MP3 player to simply fucking WORK?!
